Brad Kemp | PRESIDENT
A 30-year veteran of the international forwarding and transportation industry, Brad has held key leadership positions with FedEx, UPS, and DB Schenker. More recently, he’s been working with investors incubating startups that combine traditional operations strategy with millennial technology to build hyper-growth companies.
Brad is a graduate of the college of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. A native of Louisiana, he has held positions in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, New York, and Washington, DC.
E.B. Peebles | EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
E.B. has 30 years of Transportation and Logistics experience growing companies through expanded sales of existing accounts and services, building productive sales forces, and creative solicitation of new markets. His experiences range from steamship line sales to truckload brokerage to outsourced supply chain management. He comes to Tranco from Kuehne & Nagel, where he oversaw sales of their Managed Logistics product. E.B. oversees our truckload brokerage division but is also involved with our Global product and expanding our geographic footprint. He is based in Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and children. E.B. is originally from Mobile, AL and a graduate of the Citadel in Charleston, SC.
Dakota Williams | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dakota comes to Tranco with previous logistics and auditing experience. He graduated from UTC in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He received his CPA license in 2016.
Dakota has served as a fundraising and teaching volunteer at Junior Achievement of Chattanooga and served as a board member for the Young Professionals of Chattanooga. In his free time, he loves being outdoors and spending time with his family and cooking. Dakota was married in 2015 to Morgan Williams. They have two children, Rohan (6 months old) and Aiden (3 years old).
Denise Trantham | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Denise and her family have been involved in transportation for over 30 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. An educator by trade, Denise brings that instructional focus to her leadership style.
Winston Trantham | CHIEF HAPPINESS DIRECTOR
Adopted by company co-owner, Byron Trantham, Winston has served as Tranco’s CHO for the past 4 years. His weekly, #WinstonWednesday social media appearances also help to boost company morale. Although he has recently started a “diet”, he’ll do just about anything for a treat. Winston is responsible for all the smiling faces you see around our offices; he takes his position very seriously.
